Our Team

Kiana “V. Ware

Founder and Owner of Operation WareHouse, “V.” hails from Lithonia, Georgia with over 13 years of experience as a construction project manager. Designing and renovating universities, labs, hospitals, and government facilities, V. managed over $60M in construction revenue before starting her own development company. Built on grit and thriving in adversity, V. got the idea to sustainably house veterans during a time where she found herself disabled and homeless.

“We give so much for other’s freedom in this country just to come home and be a slave to the dollar. When I learned I was eligible for housing assistance, but the VA couldn’t find me placement, I knew I had to take action. I began immediately drafting the business plan for Operation WareHouse. No veteran deserves to feel like they’re not welcome because of their circumstance.”

Having built the first development as a family subdivision, V. currently lives in a tiny development in Lithonia, GA. With over 10 friends, family, and investors pitching in for the first property, each investor received a home, with options to rent out to the VA or occupy the unit. Her eligibility is the national standard that any veteran who has served, regardless of length of service under honorable conditions, shall apply and commit to 2 years of residency.

Chelsea Ellington

Executive Assistant and co-investor, Chelsea is a retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer with over 15 years of professional cheerleading experience, 5 years of project and property management skills, and a passion for building things. After renovating her first home in southern VA while pursuing a medical degree, Chelsea became an investor after completing her renovations herself.

“I grew up picking fruit out in the yard, and when my family wanted to sell the land I knew there was a way to build legacy instead. When V. approached me as an investor it was a no brainer to join the team.”

Chelsea and V. have been friends for over 15 years and now they’re becoming millionaires together. But it’s not about the money for either of these ladies, Chelsea just wants to build and preserve her family legacy, while creating a more abundant future for her son.
